What's the role?
Our team is looking for help to build awareness of our concrete monitoring solution for the construction industry. This is an opportunity to gain a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the construction industry, the company, our products, and how our operations drive the growth of Hilti’s business. Our small team will give you an exciting opportunity to quickly try out your ideas and see first-hand many different roles in a marketing department.
Concrete Sensors provides the commercial construction industry with an easy-to-use platform to predict and monitor concrete behavior. Their integrated platform combines a wireless concrete sensor, a concrete testing lab and mix design database with cloud software and analytics to provide the most accurate prediction of concrete strength in the industry.

What does the role involve?

This role will take part in almost the entire digital marketing process to promote the solution to the customer base and the Hilti sales teams.
Activities will include:
- Working directly with our sales and product teams to help plan and implement new cross-media campaigns, dig into engagement metrics, experiment with A/B testing, reporting progress, and more.
- Developing creative content for: email campaigns targeting both customers and internal sales teams; social media including photos and creating and editing videos; blogs; and our website.
- Learning to use our tools; learning about our target audiences, Hilti, and the construction industry; and coordinating between different teams in a global organization.

What do we offer?
This position will earn $25 per hour. We’ll give you everything you need to excel in your role, including ongoing training and lots of responsibility from the start. What you need is:
- Are in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or other business-related major
- Graduate between Spring 2026 and Spring 2027
- Results driven and proactive, able to achieve targets
- Strong writing & communication skills, creative, innovative, and open-minded
- Are eligible to work in the United States permanently, without sponsorship
- Relocation is not available; must be able to work in person in Burlington, MA location
