This is a great opportunity to join Customer Service team based at Oasis Ara Damansara. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your new role as a Customer Service will see you taking ownership of our customer experience by providing seamless customer service while supporting process improvements and sales.

What You'll do

As Customer Service Representative, you’ll closely work with Customer Service team to provide assistance and support to Market Reach team. This role is highly impactful for maximizing our customer satisfaction. In order to do so, Customer Service Representative will engage in providing quality services to customers and sales team, processing orders & quotations, following up the order status with customers, and handling customer enquiries through phone or emails.

We have more than 200,000 interactions with our customers every day. It’s how we get to know their businesses, understand their needs and develop the precise products and services that will help them.

What You’ll Bring

  • Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Experience in using SAP and Sales Force system
  • High proficiency in English & Malay
  • Team playing skills with strong customer orientation
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivation, highly energetic, outgoing character and willingness to explore self-potential in different area
  • High ambition and potential to develop your long term career at Hilti
