Biography
Lauren is a Senior Project Manager focused on driving transformation in the finance function. Over her eight years (so far) at Hilti, she has held diverse roles across multiple functions. She started out in a Chicago-based Hilti Store, later relocating to the Twin Cities where she spent three years as an Account Manager specializing in Energy & Industry. She later transitioned to Hilti North America's corporate headquarters in Plano, serving as process manager in the CEO office before joining finance. Lauren's cross-functional background inspired a passion for improving collaboration across teams and processes to make us more efficient and better able to serve our customers. She is based in Dallas, where she lives with her partner and a lot of plants.
