What's the Role?

As a Project Account Manager (PAM), you’ll be visiting large construction jobsites and be a lead solution consultant for all matters specific to these projects & provide end to end business support.

What does the role involve?

  • Managing assigned large construction jobsites and be a lead point of contact for all matters specific to these jobsites with top-down oversight from inception to completion
  • Developing effective understanding of all relevant applications and suggesting right solutions, specific to trades
  • Conducting effective product demonstrations and explaining the value for money proposition
  • Collaborating well with all stake holders at jobsites and drive key initiatives
  • Conducting seminars, product trainings and workshops for customers to raise awareness on new technologies and creating an understanding of all existing and new Hilti products
  • Troubleshooting problems and challenges faced by contractors.
  • Coordinating and collaborating well with internal stake holders and getting things done on time
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and suggesting action steps to improve business performance
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensuring timely coordination with Sold-to AM to collect account receivables

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Civil or Mechanical Engineer degree)
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Exposure in handling constructions jobsites
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills, including product demonstration
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities, able to collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage customer relationships
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, highly energetic and a “can-do” , problem-solving attitude
  • Strong business acumen, proficiency in handling both technical & commercial tasks
  • The ability and willingness to travel across the UAE on daily basis, and stay overnight in remote project locations as needed
  • Based in the Abu Dhabi preferably, or willing to relocate
  • Valid UAE driver's license, or a transferable license
