As the Head of Logistics and Digital Operational Excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our plant operations in Schaan. Reporting directly to the plant manager, you'll drive change and innovation by leveraging your expertise in Smart Factory technologies. What does the role involve?
In this role, you will:
- Lead and mentor a local Smart Factory expert team and a group of interns, fostering a digital-first mindset.
- Develop and maintain a local roadmap and product backlog to drive bottom-line impact, including the integration of new technologies, operations, and upgrades.
- Translate user and business requirements into scalable, fully traceable solutions, enhancing existing processes, equipment, systems, and infrastructure.
- Oversee logistics teams in materials management and warehousing, improving workflows and efficiency

What you need is:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, IT, Process Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in direct-line management.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing new processes and IT tools within a relevant industry.
- Strong project management skills.
- Expertise in Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
- Experience in logistics and materials management, including Lean and operational excellence principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels in a complex, fast-paced matrix organization
- Proficiency in English (German is a nice-to-have)
