Securing future business through specifications and approvals and coordinating all necessary efforts to ensure conversion of specifications and approvals to sales through working on projects and giving support to the Account Managers.

What does the role involve?
- Regular visits to Engineering and Design Firms, Construction Influencers, jobsite consultants and contractors
- Prepares technical submittals, specification write ups, for Engineering products & follow up with specifiers and influencers to get it included in the specification documents.
- To provide technical support for Hilti customers through trainings and seminars to consultants, contractors and influencers.
- Coordination & communication with sales forces to ensure sales of specified engineering products.
- Develops strong relationships with the technical decision makers at customers’ offices to assure a high degree of success in achieving favorable Hilti Product Specifications and within the assigned segment.
- Collaboration with the Sales team to select and develop focus customers for Engineering products.
- Provides technical support for Hilti products. Support function includes, but not limited to, product demonstration, design solutions, bill of materials, estimation & submittals for all Hilti engineering products.
- Develops and maintains appropriate projects/accounts tracking systems and including activity and progress reporting and action plans based on a frequency established by the Field Engineering manager.
- Supports the marketing department with competition information gathering and market sensing activities as directed by the Field Engineering manager.
- Regularly updates CRM system by creating new contacts with their details, registering all daily activities and opportunities and by communicating Specification to other Hilti colleagues.

What you need is:
- UAE National with UAE Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law)
- A Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry
- Sales oriented mindset – sales experience is an advantage
- Effective communication skills, with a strong proficiency in English and Arabic (written and verbal)
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to multitask, priorities and manage time effectively.
- A solution-oriented mind-set, determined to consistently meet and exceeds goals.
- Dubai based or willing to relocate or commute from within the UAE.
