With this in mind, we are currently inviting applications for Technical Support Engineer role.
The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to our customers and field based teams by providing value added engineering services. You will support the field engineering teams by providing engineering calculations, preparation of material take-off and bill of quantities.

Your contributions will directly impact our ability to meet project requirements, maintain compliance, and build strong partnerships with clients.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Project Management Office to ensure high quality technical documents preparation, e.g. Submittal Technical letters, warranties, consultants’ comments, licenses and certificates
- Supporting Field based employees with Bill of Quantities and Anchor / Rebar designs.
- Continuous update of the shared engineering folder; such as Project approvals, specifications, letters log, new ETA’s, test reports, and Datasheets.
- Provides telephone technical support for customers requiring immediate attention.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, mechanical or industrial engineering
- 0-2 years of construction experience
- BIM basic know-how
- Interest in solving complex engineering problems based on analytical mindset
- Goal achievement and solution-oriented personality
- Ability to work in multicultural environment
- Efficient oral and written communicator , in English & Arabic (written and verbal)
- High learning agility, and willing to develop within the Engineering field
- Willingness to find solutions independent, but ready to follow directions in more complicated situations
- Able to manage their time, able to work without tight deadlines as needed
- Dubai based or willing to relocate or commute from within the UAE.
