How You'll Sell, Succeed, and Get Compensated
This is a performance-driven sales position that is powered by your efforts and accomplishments, no matter your background. You’ll have the stability of a salary and bonus backed by the control of a commission plus kickers. Our Sales teams spend their dynamic days visiting offices and construction work sites. Focused on solution-based selling, you’ll meet with superintendents, field project managers, and executives to demonstrate Hilti products and showcase the unparalleled performance that is associated with Hilti.
