What's the role?
The successful incumbent will work with North Asia regional reporting team in offering automated reporting dashboard to help the business to have a clear visibility and transparency to facilitate business performance review and decision making, perform change management of new reporting dashboard launch to end users and more importantly to partner with cross-function such as finance, marketing, sales, logistics to deep dive into performance by product portfolios, service offerings, segments, etc. for stakeholders at all levels.

What does the role involve?
- Report to Head of Reporting, partner with business line to provide timely and automated reporting dashboards on a regular basis (monthly, quarterly and yearly) for senior management and team leaders in North Asia namely Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Japan and Korea to facilitate business steering and decision making
- Act as the regional SAP BI subject matter expert and offer support & guidance to SAP BI end users when necessary.
- Responsible for developing new business dashboard to fulfill evolving business needs.
- Perform change management including training, best practice sharing, developing effective communication channel to engage andiance, drive behavior & mind-set change, boost adoption rate of dashboard.
- Act as communication and coordination bridge between global and end users in local markets for global strategic project Information Management
- Keep abreast of the latest business and performance development and participate in global and regional performance reporting projects.

What you need is:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance / IT / Economics / Management or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years' work experience in similar positions in MNCs or well-known company.
- Someone with excellent analytical skills, strong interest in data analytics and business acumen, strong curiosity and learning agility.
- Innovation mind-set to streamline process and enhance automation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across function e.g. finance, marketing, sales, logistics, etc. Effective project management skill.
- Act as change agent to drive new dashboard adoption, provide training and enable change management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and one Asian language is a plus e.g. Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese.
- Highly proficient in SAP BI, SAC, VBA script, MS Access, excel, and SQL is an added advantage.
