Solution Consultant

At Hilti, we are committed to helping our customers build better businesses. As a Solution Consultant, you will play a key role in growing our software and services business by helping customers improve productivity, transparency, and efficiency across their operations.

Working closely with construction and industrial customers, you will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and recommending tailored software and service solutions that create measurable value. From identifying opportunities and delivering solution demonstrations to supporting implementation, training, and long-term adoption, you will guide customers throughout their entire journey.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work alongside Account Managers, Sales Managers, marketing teams, and international experts to drive business growth and support customers in getting the most from Hilti's innovative solutions and services.

What You'll do

  • Build trusted partnerships – you'll work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and identify opportunities to improve productivity, asset management, and operational efficiency
  • Drive software and services growth – you'll develop and manage opportunities, build a strong pipeline, and work alongside sales teams to expand Hilti's solutions business
  • Deliver consultative solutions – you'll conduct customer assessments, lead solution demonstrations, and present tailored recommendations that create measurable value
  • Enable customer success – you'll support implementation, training, and ongoing adoption, helping customers maximize the benefits of Hilti's software and service solutions

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or studies in business, engineering, economics, IT, or a related field
  • Experience in sales, consulting, business development, customer success, or another customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage different stakeholders
  • Interest in digital solutions, technology, and helping customers improve how they work
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to drive results through collaboration
  • Fluent Latvian and good English skills
  • Valid Category B driver's licence

What’s In It for You

Our Solution Consultants earn between EUR 2600–3000 gross per month, plus an annual performance bonus and company car. Individual starting salary within this range depends on experience, expertise, and qualifications.
