Fuel business growth in North Asia
Take lead in collaborating, coordinating, and aligning various teams, resources, and processes to achieve Hilti North Asia region LEAD 2030 business objectives and direction. Our ultimate objective is to strive a cohesive, efficient, productive and engaging work environment that supports the organization's objectives to help our customers in achieving productivity growth with safety and sustainability in mind.
What You'll do
- Take lead in conducting Regional marketing projects related to LEAD 2030 strategy, define timelines, and milestones to ensure effective execution of the projects as per agreed timeline.
- Work closely with stakeholders from various departments for instance senior management team in North Asia and team lead from various departments to ensure alignment with project goals as well as the implementation and execution of the agreed initiatives and actions.
- Guiding and supporting the implementation of the projects and build strong rapport and collaboration with market organization, and global corporate team and cascade any update and changes to North Asia team.
- Help track and monitor the progress to ensure effective implementation of measurement framework to tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitating clear and timely communication among senior management team, project team members and stakeholders by providing regular progress updates at townhall meeting, preparing comprehensive reports on project status and outcomes and feedback to global corporate team at headquarter.
- Help and work on other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in engineering or related discipline as well as MBA qualification from reputable university.
- Around 5 years of experience in management consulting and gained exposure in working on projects with explicit business impact to corporate or MNCs companies.
- Past project experience and exposure in construction industry is an added plus.
- Demonstrate the ability in handling both strategic and operational tasks by roll up the sleeves and pro-actively involve in actions/activities.
- Impactful communication and presentation skills and capable in collaborating and influencing stakeholders at country, regional and global level.
- Great planning and time management skills and capable in managing multiple tasks within tight timeline.
- Excellent in written and spoken English and one North Asian language.
- Aspiring in developing a long-term career in the company and with the flexibility to relocate to other locations for future career advancement.
