Join our Sub-Region Gulf Logistics team and contribute to reliable, efficient and customer-focused supply chain operations.
This is a broad and flexible role that will be shaped around your strengths, experience and development potential. You could work across logistics operations, warehouse and transport performance, import/export coordination, data and reporting, supplier management, customer service or continuous improvement projects.
What You'll do
Support day-to-day logistics activities across warehouse, transport, inventory, import/export, reverse logistics and order fulfilment.
Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams.
Monitor shipments, operational transactions, documentation and system data, following up on exceptions and open actions.
Track service, quality, productivity, inventory and cost indicators and support corrective actions.
Work closely with Customer Service, Sales, Materials Management, Finance and other teams.
Support Lean improvement, digitalization, reporting and data-analysis initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned topics and communicate progress, risks and priorities clearly.
What You’ll Bring
UAE National with a Family Book.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, analytics, customer service, projects or process improvement.
Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP or other ERP exposure is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in working with data.
Organized, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Strong English communication skills.
Most importantly, a willingness to learn, take ownership and grow.
