As our Talent Acquisition Business Partner for META, you’ll play a key role in attracting and hiring talent across the Middle East, Türkiye and Africa. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, the internal talent team and Sourcing Specialist to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthen our talent pipelines and bring valuable market insights into the business.
You’ll work across functions including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Logistics and General Management, helping Hilti build the talent we need for today and the future.
What You'll do
- Build proactive and diverse talent pipelines across META through innovative sourcing, networking and relationship-building strategies, leveraging recruitment systems and CRMs to identify and engage talent.
- Lead the university attraction strategy for the Outperformer/Early Talent Programme, partnering with the Sourcing Specialist to build relationships with key CEMS and Unitech universities and manage relevant attraction activities and events.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process across META, partnering with hiring managers, HRBPs, the internal talent team and Sourcing Specialist to drive hiring and champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, challenging thinking and influencing decisions while leveraging recruitment data, market intelligence and insights to shape current and future hiring strategies.
- Lead the assessment and selection process, conducting in-depth interviews and shortlisting while ensuring a fair, unbiased and strengths-based process in line with Hiring the Best People principles. Effectively communicate the Hilti proposition and future career progression to passive candidates.
- Lead the offer process, using market understanding to guide hiring managers on appropriate compensation packages at executive level and taking the lead on complex offer negotiations.
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, with proven recruitment experience in an in-house role within a multinational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively, build trusted relationships and align your contribution with the priorities of the Resourcing team and wider HR transformation agenda.
- A strong understanding of what makes a great candidate experience, with experience building diverse candidate pipelines, championing diversity with hiring managers and writing inclusive job adverts.
- A passion for Talent Acquisition and building a best-in-class function, with a proactive approach to process improvement and communication and the drive to actively seek opportunities to move the dial on key topics.
- Strong attention to data quality and insights, using accurate recruitment data to support and drive decision-making.
- A structured, independent and resilient approach, with the ability to achieve consistent results, manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities, influence others and quickly change course in line with business needs
