Impact Made Real
The Pricing Expert acts as a partner to the Marketing team, responsible for price setting for the Hilti portfolio in the region (Czechia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Baltics, Ukraine). You will play a key role in driving pricing excellence and supporting profitable growth. In this role, you will own the pricing roadmap, strengthen pricing capabilities across the sales organization, and turn data into actionable insights that support better business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and leadership, both locally and regionally.
What You'll do
- Driving pricing excellence and the pricing roadmap.
- Operating, steering, and maintaining pricing processes for the market organization.
- Building pricing capabilities within the sales force and supporting the roll-out and maintenance of pricing tools (internal systems – we will educate you).
- Proactively identifying opportunities to optimize and implement standard pricing processes to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and business performance.
- Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports that support faster, smarter, and more informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across leadership, sales, marketing, and finance - locally and regionally.
- Analyzing customer purchasing behavior and identifying data-driven opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Providing ad hoc pricing and analytical support to the organization as needed.
What You’ll Bring
- Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets and data analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and present findings to different stakeholders.
- English at B2 level or higher.
- Experience with SAP, Power BI, pricing, business intelligence, or analytics is an advantage.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
