Mainly responsible for the daily system and document operation of the company's logistics department
What You'll do
'-Preparation and management of daily, weekly, and monthly logistics KPI reports.
-Daily operations of import and export, supporting the production of relevant customs declaration documents and files.
-Manage and maintain daily logistics import and export documents, including organizing and archiving customs declaration documents, registering delivery dates, etc.
-Assist the logistics department in managing warehouse inventory reports and documents on a daily basis, as well as managing transportation and shipping reports, receipts, and documents.
-Complete other tasks required by superiors, and assist the logistics department in participating in and completing some project work.
What You’ll Bring
Logistics / Supply Chain Management major preferred
Bilingual / business fluent in English (CET level 4 or above) and Chinese
