Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative ready to start and grow their career with the Hilti team. This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, weekdays only.

What You'll do

  • Handle customer calls and inquiries related to products, pricing, deliveries, complaints, and website support
  • Provide customer service and technical support via phone and e-mail
  • Prepare offers and support sales through a consultative approach
  • Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments
  • Manage service requests and machine tracking processes
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while supporting company growth and sales objectives
