We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative ready to start and grow their career with the Hilti team. This is a full-time position with working hours from 8:00 to 17:00, weekdays only.

What You'll do
- Handle customer calls and inquiries related to products, pricing, deliveries, complaints, and website support
- Provide customer service and technical support via phone and e-mail
- Prepare offers and support sales through a consultative approach
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales teams, and internal departments
- Manage service requests and machine tracking processes
- Deliver excellent customer experience while supporting company growth and sales objectives
