Procurement Executive
As an Sr. Executive you are responsible for sourcing and purchasing the best quality equipment, goods and services at the most competitive prices to enable an organization to operate successfully. Play an integral role in ensuring a company sticks to budget.
Leading the negotiation and managing suppliers through the whole procurement process. You will also deal with other factors such as sustainability, risk management and supplier relationship management.
What You'll do
- Vendor Management - responsible for evaluating suppliers, products, and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality.
- Proactively manage projects and perform purchasing tenders and supplier selection
- Creating PO’s in ByD and creating & managing monthly reports.
- Understand business requirements & reviewing, comparing, analyzing, the right products, service & price from the right supplier.
- Managing Events from procurement side & analyzing the budget allocated for project & follow up with vendors to complete the project within timeline.
- Following the company's procurement policies and procedures along with all stake holders.
- Tracked all orders placed with suppliers and inspected materials upon delivery to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and goods met specifications
- Negotiation terms and conditions with vendors to ensure optimum price, competitiveness and high quality products.
- Responsible for RFQ, RFP, Sourcing, negotiation, spend analysis, spot buy, contracts and Risk Analysis.
- Well versed in sourcing of Raw Material, Electrical & Electronics, Plumbing items & IT Procurement, HR service, consultancy, HK, Pantry, stationary, Marketing campaign.
- Responsible for cost reduction and supplier performance KPI’s through SRM.
- Participant in Global project with global procurement team to share the ExEx and work with them closely.
- Handle end to end new Project like new offices/Infra, Hilti Store and Tools service center for Hilti.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management or business administration with 3 years’ experience of indirect procurement in multinational company.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills
- Good analytical and strategic thinking.
- Strong project management skill and highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience using indirect procurement software and tools, including SAP Ariba, and SAP byd.
