Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager is responsible for the strategic management and development of assigned key accounts, driving sustainable growth through long-term partnerships and value-based solutions.
The role requires the delivery of professional field sales and high-level customer consultation across assigned customers within the target industry, with a strong focus on on-site engagement and relationship building.

What You'll do

You will manage and strategically develop defined key accounts in both regular and project business, including products, services and software solutions. Providing efficient solutions and technical support on construction backed by our innovative range of products and services.
Alongside managing the main accounts, you will develop customer relationships across all connected locations by building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, understanding site-specific needs, and driving tailored solutions and incremental sales across the wider customer network, while working closely across multiple departments within customer organizations and collaborating internally with colleagues from materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
  • Customer-facing/sales experience gained in any industry, experience in technical field sales will be considered as advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaged customer relationships and effectively implement strategic concepts via account development
  • Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
  • Ability to demonstrate that you're a flexible team player with a hunger to learn
  • A driving license is essential based on the nature of the position
