Kick-start your HR career with Hilti! We are looking for a motivated HR Operations Graduate Intern to help deliver high-quality HR services across the META region.
In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and regional collaboration, while working closely with a dynamic team in a fast-paced and international environment.
What You'll do
- Supporting daily HR operations across the META region
- Coordinating employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, organizational changes, and exits
- Maintaining accurate employee records in HR systems such as Workday
- Preparing and issuing employee documentation including employment letters, contracts, certificates
- Handling employee queries through HR ticketing tools and ensuring timely follow-up
- Working closely with regional HR teams and stakeholders
- Contributing to reporting and data quality checks
What You’ll Bring
- A recent bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interest in HR Operations or Shared Services
- Previous HR internship experience is a plus
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Exposure to ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is a plus
- Strong communication skills in both English and Turkish
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a dynamic environment
