Business Analyst
Shared Design Services team works across geographies and functions leading supply of engineering and modelling resources on projects. The team is responsible for sourcing, procurement, governance and allocation of all internal and external global teams making sure the shared global teams provide best in class performance at competitive cost level.
As a Business Analyst, you will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun and agile work environment. This role will require you to build systematic financial cost allocation of Global Engineering Providers. You will drive cost allocation providing transparency in customer and project P&L. You will also drive standardization of engineering cost allocation across market organizations in the regions.
What You'll do
- Own Finance accounting for Global Engineering providers through translating time tracking reports to cost and allocating to markets for month-end and year-end closing. Allocate cost to customer and project P&L.
- Own Forecasting and game planning process through financial translation of forecasted HC into cost forecast for Global Engineering Providers and market organizations in the regions.
- Standardize and streamline cost controlling through establishing cost tracking standards and streamlining P&L reporting
- Manage Click Up administration and standardize time tracking data flow
What You’ll Bring
Background
- Minimum bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or Data science
- Ideally 3+ years on job experience with relevant skillsets
Skills
- Experience in financial controlling or accounting ideally in international environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
- You enjoy reporting and work precisely and conscientiously
