What You'll do
We are seeking someone who brings fresh ideas, is eager to take the next step in their career, and wants to strengthen their personal and professional development.
Your main responsibilities will include providing legal advice and coordination for Hilti’s Spanish subsidiary, within a dynamic and international environment:
- Providing legal assistance, guidance, and training to operational teams
- Drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts (NDAs, sales agreements, commercial leases, service agreements, distribution agreements, etc.)
- Supporting teams in the context of tenders (private and public procurement)
- Offering strategic support to internal departments by bringing legal insight and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Reviewing and approving marketing and advertising materials
- Managing pre-litigation and litigation matters
- Conducting legal monitoring and research
- Depending on your profile and interests, the possibility to assist our Regional Compliance Officer (e.g., GDPR, anti-corruption laws, anti-trust laws, conflict-of-interest rules, etc.)
What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Spanish Law, ideally with a specialization in commercial law, contract law, or business law
- 5 years’ professional experience, gained within an international company or law firm
- Valuable experience in a business, sales, or industrial environment (preferably B2B), as well as a good understanding of marketing, IT, or digital activities
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- You are organized, proactive, business oriented, and solution driven
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent drafting abilities, and a good understanding of operational business needs
