What does the role involve?
Your focus is on the independent testing of customized tools for circular and reciprocating saws, as well as for rotary- and demolition hammer systems.
In this role, you are responsible for the planning, execution and statistical evaluation of measurements and experiments independently. This means that based on your profound expertise, you assess the quality and functionality of the inserts or their components, with the help of damage analyses and statistical evaluation methods. You operate our latest testing and measurement equipment and further develop it through your own drive and knowledge.
With your pronounced team orientation, you coordinate your activities in close collaboration with colleagues in various technology and development projects, always keeping your goals clearly in sight.
You present your work results in project and steering committees, ensuring open and clear communication within project teams and with management. To deepen your first leadership experience, you coordinate tasks and workflows with internal and external partners, and you supervise and coach external employees and student projects.
We will support you intensively in the early stages of your career, assisting you in both challenging technical tasks and through coaching and mentoring. This way, you gain comprehensive insights into the processes of our product development and accumulate experiences with various departments.
We employ over 800 of the world's top engineers who develop and test the technical solutions of tomorrow in our Innovation Center in Kaufering.

What you need is:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in planning, conducting, and evaluating experiments or product development in an industrial or academic setting
- Strong affinity for hands-on activities and the ability to identify and solve problems
- High team orientation with excellent communication skills in an interdisciplinary and international environment
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, or related fields
- International experience, such as work experience, internships, or semesters abroad, is advantageous
- Initial leadership experience is a plus, for example, through social engagement
- Very good communication skills in English; German is optional
