IT Product Owner – Salesforce Sales Cloud
More than 18,000 Hilti field members rely on Salesforce to grow their customer accounts. As our IT Product Owner, you'll set the vision and roadmap for global CRM processes in Sales Cloud and turn business needs into scalable solutions, working with a global product team.
What You'll do
- Own the product vision and roadmap for global CRM processes in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including every outcome and decision for your product.
- Analyse new business requirements, turn them into actionable plans, and shape fit-for-purpose architecture designs and IT strategy and guidelines.
- Advise business stakeholders on processes and solutions, and define the requirements for integrating CRM processes into Sales Cloud.
- Write user stories and technical requirements, and keep the product backlog groomed.
- Deliver solutions in an agile setup with solution architects, software engineers and functional experts, partnering with IT colleagues in Buchs, Kuala Lumpur and Plano/Tulsa.

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience, including 2+ years as a Product Owner in a distributed agile software development setting.
- Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce Cloud experience is an advantage.
- Good understanding of system integration technologies and/or software development; strong analytical skills and business understanding.
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; strong drive and commitment.
