We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the PMO team.
What You'll do
The purpose of the role is to provide the team member with an on-the-job learning experience as they complete their education and begin a career.
As a PMO Intern , you’ll be supporting our Project Management Office in various activities, especially in drafting and drawings in order to deliver shop-drawings and other graphic deliverables for big projects.
This job involves working in tight contacts with the entire PMO and the Engineering Department.

You hold at least a Bachelor degree in Civil/Building or Mechanical Engineer
You’re fluent in English and Italian, ready to connect in an international context.
You hold an excellent knowledge of Autocad; knowledge of Revit or similar software is a plus.
You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools.
