We’re seeking a Field Engineer to join our Engineering team, based in Bogotá. In this role, you’ll provide expert technical support and consulting to clients across the Construction, Infrastructure, Energy & Industry sectors. You’ll also work closely with our Sales teams, planning and executing strategies that add value to the market through our solutions.
This is a technical-strategic position that works closely with our sales team. We’re looking for a professional who is passionate about construction projects from early planning stages to final execution. You should have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and the expertise to deliver tailored solutions and specify the right products for each phase of a project.

What You'll do
Engage with B2B clients in the Construction Industry, including large construction firms, engineering consultancies and key decision makers on the construction industry
Plan and execute strategies to positionate our Solutions in the market, from Engineering firms yo Construction companies and industrys.
Posisionate the value of our products and engineering solutions in Engineering professional associations and institutions.
Identify early-stage projects to collaborate on with the sales team- advising the project from the engineering, and during the project execution.
Support ongoing projects by providing technical consulting to help close deals.
Deliver comprehensive technical advisory services during the early phases of projects.
Manage customized technical projects by developing solutions, technical specifications, and material lists to meet client needs.
Conduct on-site visits across Bogota and Medellin.
Support the sales network in presenting technical and commercial proposals to clients.
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Civil Engineering.
A specialization or master’s degree in Structural Engineering is a plus.
Previous experience and knowledge in Structural Engineering.
4–5 years of experience in similar roles, including project management, engineering consulting, or technical-commercial advisory in the Construction Industry.
Experience with BIM modeling and Lean Construction is a plus
Conversational English - Intermediate level at least (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal skills across multiple levels
Teamwork, leadership and Collaboration attitude
Organized, proactive, and autonomous - ownership to develop the projects and achieve the goals
Excellent communication skills
