Regional Manager - Nationwide

About the Role

Are you a proven sales leader who thrives on developing high-performing teams and driving business growth?

As a Regional Manager, you will lead, coach and inspire a team of sales professionals across your region, creating value through strong leadership, customer focus and commercial excellence. We're looking for someone with a successful sales background, proven people leadership experience, and a passion for developing talent.

What You'll do

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Recruit, train and motivate team members to exceed targets and maximise profitable growth.
  • Drive regional sales performance through effective account development and customer engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and support major projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance and other business functions to identify opportunities and deliver results.
  • Set clear KPIs, monitor performance and create a culture of accountability and success.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • A strong track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Experience within a consultative B2B sales environment.
  • The ability to inspire, motivate and influence others.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A passion for coaching, mentoring and building high-performing teams.
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and willingness to travel nationally.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
