What’s the role?

We are looking for the next generation of future leaders to join our local, high-impact Hilti Graduate Programme. If you are a recent or soon-to-be graduate who is driven, curious and ready to take on real business responsibility from day one, this is your opportunity.

Our structured 3-year programme is designed to develop future sales and business leaders through hands-on experience, continuous learning and deep engagement with mentors from our senior leadership team. You will start in a customer-facing role and rotate through impactful projects that set you up for long-term success in our business.

What You'll do

Our Graduate Programme includes a number of rotations over 36 months, before ending in your future landing position at Hilti:

  • 2-3 months as a Retail Sales Representative, building a strong foundation of our products, customers and ways of working through hands-on front-line sales experience
  • 18 months as an Account Manager, owning customer relationships, building business acumen, and delivering results
  • 6 months working on a business-critical project, inspired by business needs and designed by our leadership team, to drive real strategic impact
  • 9–15 months in a pre-landing specialist role, tailored to your strengths and career goals, such as sales operations or business development

You will receive close support from both a senior sponsor and team leaders, giving you guidance, feedback and visibility at every stage. Our goal? To help you become a confident, high-performing professional ready for your next big role at Hilti.

What You’ll Bring

This programme is for ambitious graduates ready to launch a career in a sales- and performance-driven business environment. We are looking for people who are eager to learn, excited to lead and ready to grow into future specialist or leadership roles. At Hilti we have an excellent mix of people and success at Hilti is down to teamwork and ability, no matter what your background.

  • Have professional working proficiency in Finnish and English
  • Are based in Finland and open to relocation within Finland where opportunities arise
