Credit & Collection Analyst

Credit & Collection Analyst is responsible for managing accounts receivable collections, conducting credit assessments, supporting rebate programs, and ensuring the accuracy of month-end closing activities.
This role plays a key part in minimizing credit risk, improving cash flow, and maintaining strong customer relationships while collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
The position also contributes to aligning local practices with global Credit & Collection processes and driving continuous process improvement.

What You'll do

1. Accounts Receivable Collection Management

• Manage collection activities and drive timely recovery of overdue receivables.
• Execute E-Statement and E-Dunning processes while maintaining customer account information.
• Partner with customers and Sales teams to resolve collection issues and improve cash flow

• Conduct customer credit reviews and assess creditworthiness for credit sales decisions.
• Monitor & upload customer risk through external credit ratings and the Early Warning System and upload into the SAP.
• Review order block release requests and support risk-based decision making.

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual rebate accruals and payments.
• Conduct annual credit reviews and maintain dealer-related documentation
• Support Sales teams by monitoring dealer performance and compliance with rebate programs.

• Perform AR reconciliations and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare and distribute AR Aging and collection reports.
• Monitor, classify, and manage overdue and high-risk receivables.

• Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to improve collection performance and customer satisfaction.
• Participating in global Credit & Collection initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities
• Support process improvements and strengthen internal controls within the Credit & Collection function.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a related Finance function.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management, collections, and AR processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, customer focus, and business-level English proficiency.
