Product Portfolio Manager

Own the product portfolio end-to-end, driving market growth and turning customer insights into profitable business opportunities.

You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and control of marketing activities of the designated product portfolio in order that sustainable sales and profitable growth opportunities are maximized.

What You'll do

1. Meet sales targets of the assigned business units by continuously developing existing applications and develop new opportunities into additional business.
2. Identify market potential to plan and execute new product portfolio launch. (TM)
3. Be responsible for product lifecycle management and build competence of salesforce.
4. Understand customer needs and translate product benefits to support marketing material for external communication by staying close to the market through frequent field rides.
5. Monitor market and competitor performance and keep updated on the latest industry code and approval standard.
6. Manage product certification and liaise with agency to ensure renewal and new application is obtained on time and under compliance.
7. Manage and operate Customer Experience Centre.

What You’ll Bring

1. Native Mandarin and Good English level in both written and verbal communication.
2. 5+ years of product management or engineering experience of preferably construction related products. (Sales experience is a big plus)
3. Passionate about business and product development with great curiosity in understanding everything about the designated product portfolio.
4. Ability to prioritize multiple projects, daily operation and communicate effectively with cross functional team members within the organization and with regional team.
5. Team player with experience working with technology, marketing, and international staff in a fast-paced, flexible environment with great passion and positive attitude.
6. Analytical, result oriented, proactive and able to get things done with an eye for details.
