Business Developer - Oil&Gas

Business Development at Hilti is a pivotal role within the global Hilti community. As a Business Developer, you will focus on developing key players in the Offshore Oil & Gas sector, providing solutions for Maintenance, Repair, and Operations that are strategically important for the Hilti Group. You will own and implement tailored customer strategies to increase adoption of Hilti solutions and coordinate a regional team supporting these accounts. Additionally, you will contribute to shaping the future development of the Offshore Segment, including emerging areas such as Offshore Wind and New Energies.

What You'll do

'- Develop MRO activities in Offshore Oil & Gas platforms and floating regasification units through account and project development, sales expansion, and multi-level relationship management.

  • Lead the development and regional implementation of strategies for new business opportunities in collaboration with local teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in target facilities and proactively assemble Hilti capture teams to drive strategic focus projects.
  • Provide market intelligence (Oil & Gas and New Energies) to Segment teams to validate and update segment strategies.
  • Operate at a coutry level with regular travel across Israel
  • Maintain effective communication across the team and the company, acting as the owner of assigned projects and accounts.

What You’ll Bring

'- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics, with strong proven experience in the Oil & Gas market.

  • Ability to build trust through active listening, leadership-based influence, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Capability to clearly explain and communicate targets and strategy to customers, peers, and management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to understand external pain points and trends to adapt strategies when needed.
  • High autonomy and self-drive, including the ability to independently plan activities to achieve targets.
  • Strong ability to identify, articulate, and deliver high-level system-selling value propositions while also managing detailed aspects.
  • Project management skills to navigate the complexity of system selling across multiple geographies, functions, and customers.
  • Confident networking skills in both internal and external environments, comfortable working within a matrix structure.
