Local Marketing Process Expert (hybrid)

As a Marketing Local Process Expert, you will own the Hilti product portfolio in your market, collaborating closely with regional marketing, trade managers, strategic marketing (including HOL specialists), pricing, and digital teams.

As a Marketing Local Process Expert you will be the owner of the Hilti Products portfolio management in your market. You will work with Marketing Regional Process Expert, Trade Managers, Strategic Marketing especially HOL specialist, pricing team and digital team. You will also work with channels, logistic planners and material masters, and after market services. You will be first level support for sales force to provide product info to increase the customer experience, collaborate with Digital department in the webinar process

You’ll have broad product knowledge on Hilti catalogue, as well as be part of expert network and collaborate cross-department. You will also drive process optimization. This opens lots of career options for the future.

What You'll do

  • Management of the product portfolio within the product life cycle, including item set up, translation, regular reporting, material planning (SFI)
  • Responsible for Hilti website maintenance in PDP and SAP ByD (e.g. product ranges, related products, missing/wrong prices, etc.)
  • Jointly collaborate with trade/product managers during INP process and local Trade Day preparation to grant successful launches (INP Plan, etc.)
  • Responsible of pricing operational activities (price set-up, catalogue updates) in collaboration with HUB Pricing team, including pricing of Peak Demand service
  • Management of tools for estimating and securing price positioning (NSP) and profitability
  • First level support for sales force including operational product questions and complaints
  • Coordinate the management of training material related to Products and Applications (i.e. translation, local storage in Sharepoint and REDi, etc.)
  • Support the onboarding of new MO trade managers (from operational point of view; i.e. explaining the INP processes)
  • Management of GDPR consents and collaboration with local Digital Marketing Specialist on data quality topics
  • Management and input of Commercial Agreements in the system; Communication to sales force about upcoming expiration of agreements
  • Management of repair cost limit (RCL) and collaboration with regional service center (TSC)
  • First level support for special product requests for items out of Hilti standard portfolio
(LPS process)
  • First level support for issuing product quality certificates
  • First level support for Salesforce.com related topics
  • Work in synergies with local trade managers and regional process expert
occasionally with Regional Product Managers
  • Actively participate in the E4 Marketing LPE community to share ideas, and continuously improve processes from Hub to MO and vice versa
  • Collaborate in other cross-functional teams in marketing, channels, logistic, tool service and sales
  • Drive process improvement activities
  • Ensure process documentation ,compliance of standards and operational excellence

What You’ll Bring

  • University degree in the field of marketing, business administration or engineering
  • 2+ years of professional experience in marketing, material management, sales or management consulting
  • Previous experience in Product Management will be considered a strong advantage
  • Excellent business understanding and high affinity for technical products
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Basic understanding of processes related to marketing activities
  • Strong written and spoken communication and presentation skills in Greek and English
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders locally and at Regional level (should be comfortable to work in a multinational environment)
  • Well organized, with excellent planning skills, yet agile and open minded
  • Ability to work with deadlines, experience in delivery tasks on time and organize autonomously time and agenda
  • Excellent knowledge of Office package (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of SAP ByD, Salesforce.com, BOA, JIRA, PowerBI, PDP are a plus
  • Availability for short business trips (eg. 2-4 times per year, when required)
