What's the role?
'- Engineering Support: Provide technical guidance and support across multiple engineering projects in construction and production environments.
- Design & Production Integration: Collaborate with design teams, production teams, sales & project management teams and the construction unit to implement engineering designs, verify design feasibility, and ensure proper execution at the site.
- Site Supervision: Conduct onsite testing, verification, and quality assurance, working closely with the production & construction team.
- Standards Compliance: Ensure that all engineering solutions adhere to basic IEC standards and Offshore & Marine engineering standards.
- Multi-disciplinary Coordination: Interface with various engineering teams (Civil, Structural, Electrical,
- Mechanical) to resolve site-specific issues efficiently.
- Project Planning & Monitoring: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely project delivery.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Onsite training with both theoretical and practical modules. And, hands-on experience with site testing and verification in collaboration with the production team.
- Design Software Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Autodesk Inventor.
- Offshore/Marine Standards: Basic understanding of IEC and Offshore & Marine engineering standards.
What You'll do
- Degree required in engineering with 4-10 years of experience

- Strong presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal).
