Be the key driver connecting design, construction, and commercial strategy to win and deliver landmark projects.
As a Large Construction Project Manager, you will lead major construction projects from early-stage planning and design specification integration to on-site execution. By promoting Hilti’s integrated solutions (products, services, and software) and coordinating cross-functional teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Logistics, you will strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and maximize project business opportunities and sales results.
What You'll do
- Develop project strategies, priorities, and execution plans for major construction projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive project development and execution.
- Create and monitor annual project sales plans and design-in progress.
- Work with engineering teams to influence owners, consultants, and supervisors for early specification approval.
- Visit customers and construction sites to support new business opportunities and applications.
- Coordinate internal resources, project communication, and documentation to ensure smooth project progress.
- Collaborate with Logistics and PMO teams to ensure successful order execution and risk management.
- Share project knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capabilities.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or above; engineering background preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in project management or team leadership.
- Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong business sense and long-term strategic thinking.
- Ability to promote integrated solutions including products, services, and software.
