We're looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Engineer to join our high-performing Industry team. This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building relationships, solving technical challenges, and creating value for customers.
In this role, you'll work closely with engineers, contractors, fabricators, and project stakeholders to promote Hilti's innovative engineering solutions, helping customers improve productivity, safety, and efficiency across their projects.
What You'll do
'- Build and develop long-term relationships with customers within the steel and metal construction industry
- Identify opportunities and provide technical solutions that address customer needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations on-site and in customer offices
- Support customers with design optimization and engineering recommendations
- Drive business growth through consultative selling and account development
- Collaborate with internal engineering and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
What You’ll Bring
'- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience within the steel or metal contracting industry in the Middle East
- A customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
- Passion for sales and business development (sales experience is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
