Code Trade Sales Assistant
You will work closely with the sales team and multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination
between logistics, engineering, and other departments, enabling seamless execution of projects and
sales activities. Your mission is to help “make construction better” by promoting Hilti solutions and
strengthening our presence in industrial and façade projects.
What You'll do
As a Project Assistant, you will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and work closely with
customers in the field. You will regularly visit job sites, offices, warehouses, and plants to understand
customer needs and explore how our solutions can support their work.
This role focuses on relationship-based, consultative selling rather than cold calling. You will learn our
products, services, and market step by step, and use this knowledge to support sales activities in your
assigned area. With guidance and training, you will identify new opportunities, follow up on leads, and
help turn them into long-term customers.
This is a hands-on position that offers daily learning, real-world exposure, and meaningful interaction
with customers. You will face new challenges every day, helping you build confidence, develop sales
skills, and grow into a future market professional.
What You’ll Bring
Preferable minimum Diploma in a relevant field such as Construction (Civil Engineering, MEP, etc.) or
Business/Economics (Business Administration, etc.).
At least 2-5 year of experience working with a multinational company. Welcome
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools.
