What You'll do
- You'll build relationships of trust with new and existing customers, helping them find the best Hilti solutions for their business.
- You'll work in the field, putting yourself to the test in a dynamic, challenging, and ever-changing environment.
- You'll make demonstrations with our most innovative products, illustrate our cutting-edge software, and offer unique, customized services and solutions.
- You'll collaborate with numerous internal stakeholders, such as Field Engineers, PMOs, and Business Developers.
- You’ll create a daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory
- At Hilti, you'll have the same autonomy you'd have running a small company, but you'll never be alone!
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree – Business or Construction field
- Previous experience in B2B sales – minimum 2 years is mandatory
- Previous experience in instalations industry would be considered an advantage
- Passion and understanding of construction and instalations iindustry
- Previous experience in working with set targets, CRM/ERP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organised, ability to set clear goals and the desire to achieve them.
- Proactive, ambitious, and enthusiastic.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Driving license – valid
