We are looking for a well-skilled and dedicated professional who will enjoy the role of Territory Planning Manager for Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. This cross-functional role perfectly combines sales/ marketing/ controlling areas into Territory Management.
It is designed to leverage advance tools to optimize, structure and refine existing sales territories and develop the new ones in region, and thus drive market expansion and maximize reach.

What are the responsibilities associated with this role?

  • Lead Territory planning process by communicating strategic directions with Local Management team, Sales, Marketing, Controlling team, Region team, etc.;
  • Drive strategic territory management by identifying new business opportunities and preparing investment decisions accordingly;
  • Drive territory effectiveness & productivity by monitoring territory performance and by identifying underperforming territories with root causes;
  • Maintain/ enhance rules for territory design and sales allocation for fair and effective sales activities;
  • Provide strategic proposal through analysis and reports on ad-hoc basis according to the management direction;
  • Provide/ maintain high quality data (customer sales data in SAP, customer potential, customer company or contact level information, etc.) to support local sales strategy building, customer segmentation, territory planning, digital marketing, etc.;
  • Lead/ enhance customer data managing processes on regular basis to maintain high quality customer and contact information.

Our requirements:

  • Min. 3 yrs of experience in project management (e.g. Process creation/ optimization), PM education would be a great asset;
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant IT support systems: Excel, SAP, SQL and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent analytical skills/ entrepreneurial mindset/ problem-solving;
  • Sound change management skills;
  • Ability to translate business needs into criteria and KPIs for design, management and steering of territories;
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to network effectively across functions (e.g., sales, various marketing functions), management levels (e.g., general managers, and sales managers) and locations;
  • Experience in international environment would be an advantage;
  • Proficient in English and Polish (min. C1).
