What's the role?
We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Intern to join our Global IT Controlling Team based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This internship offers hands-on experience in rolling forecasting, IT cost management and support day-to-day controlling operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a global organization. You will also get to assist in contributing to improving our processes and learn how finance partners with IT to drive efficiency and transparency.

What does the role involve?
You will be:
- Supporting the preparation of rolling forecasts and track actual/ projected cost development.
- Assisting in controlling process: rolling forecast, invoices control, cost recognition, cross-charging, month-end closing tasks.
- Performing analyses to identify trends and propose clear, actionable recommendations for cost efficiency and transparency
- Collaborating with team members, IT stakeholders, and the wider finance community
- Supporting in any ad-hoc topics/projects

What you need is:
- Currently pursuing studies in (Accounting/ Finance/ Financial Management) or related fields
- Minimum of 4 months internship duration
- Interest in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost management
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Proactive mindset and willingness to take on new challenges
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
