Hilti Graduate Program - Sales & Engineering Track

Build your career in a fast-paced program

Have you recently (or almost) gained your Engineering degree? Are you already in the workplace but want a more challenging and rewarding role? Perhaps you’re looking for international opportunities? What You'll do

  • Two-year program focused on professional and personal development
  • One-month intensive training: courses, workshops, on-the-job learning
  • First 12 months: Account Manager in Belgium or Luxembourg
  • Gain hands-on experience with customers, products, services, and software
  • Develop key soft skills for your career
  • Next 4 months: Account Manager + strategic engineering project (~20% time)
  • Support clients with anchor, installation & firestop calculations
  • Contribute to digital marketing projects (e.g., webinars)
  • Final 4 months: Junior Project/Field Engineer (~40% time)
  • Apply learned skills on projects and customer groups
  • Landing position: Field Engineer (2–3 years minimum)
  • Combine fieldwork (visits, presentations, demos) with technical calculations
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to grow customer base

What You’ll Bring

  • You recently graduated or are about to graduate with an Engineering degree.
  • You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
  • You have up to 2 years of professional experience
  • You’ve been active beyond your studies and can demonstrate leadership potential
  • You are mature, assertive and committed to developing your career, with strong communication skills
  • You describe yourself as flexible, proactive and solution-oriented
  • You are ambitious and ideally open to relocating nationally or internationally in the future

Recruitment process:

  1. Online video interview
  2. HR interview (via Teams)
  3. Engineering Manager interview (via Teams or in-person)
  4. Half-day Assessment Center in our Anderlecht HQ (combination of technical and business exercises)
