What does the role involve?
Support the FP&A Manager in shaping and executing the performance management cycle, including orchestration of all relevant stakeholders for Rolling Forecast, Latest Estimate and Restatement process. Be the owner and champion of the tools supporting these processes in close collaboration with the Regional team and Group Controlling teams.
Develop and drive a wide range of financial analysis focused on business trends and evaluation of performance and projections. Prepare reports and create transparency in presentations for Senior Management.
Collaborate with different functions to understand the Company’s business model; understand the link between business decisions, its financial impact, and clearly articulate the same to relevant stakeholders.
Act as a business partner to demonstrate insight to financial analysis techniques, tools and concepts to provide practical counsel to drive results.
Be the champion of the P&L and bring transparency on the value creation of the various functions.
Prepare monthly reports and submit data on financial and business results; establish clear, consistent reporting processes and ensure accurate data/report and timely availability.
Identify trends & deviations to targets, and challenge stakeholders in what needs to be done.
Support Finance projects to drive operational excellence or value creation, including Global and Regional initiatives.

What you need is:
Degree in Finance and Accounting, or other disciplines from a reputable University / qualified CPA or CFA or CMA is a plus
5 to 7 years of progressive career experience in Financial Planning and Analysis/ Controlling in multi-national corporations or well-known Philippine based Company
Prior experience of working in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and high proficiency in financial modelling
Advanced skill in use of SAP and reporting platforms are essential
Works effectively under pressure to achieve outstanding results within the deliverable timeframe, and with the available resources
Ability to self-reflect, have a high learning agility, and proactive in seeking and providing constructive feedback
Team player, collaborative, self-starter
Must be willing to relocate to other countries for future career progression
