What's the role?
As Product Manager in our team in Kaufering near Munich you are responsible for the product life cycle of our key product lines in the Central Europe region (DE, AT, CH and NL). You develop product strategies for your own product lines, take full responsibility for their implementation in the region and actively define new product innovations in cooperation with our corporate functions.

What does the role involve?
- You strategically define and actively manage the product life cycle of your own product lines using your knowledge gained by working in the field.
- You ensure that the defined product strategies are aligned with and executed by the local Trade Managers and build the interface towards our corporate functions
- Together with the Central European Trade Managers and the local market organisations you develop customized marketing concepts within agile cross-functional teams in order to obtain product and market leadership
- By communicating and cooperating with the market organizations, you create market analyses and explore developments of the most important applications and propose improvement measures for our product portfolio.
- You are in charge of the introduction of new products and partner with the global marketing departments to manage time-to-market-projects successfully.
Our marketing is multifaceted: strategic marketing, product management as well as online and channel marketing. Network with your international colleagues.

What you need is:
- Successfully completed technical or business administration master's degree or diploma program
- At least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the areas of sales, marketing or technology
- Ideally first experience with fastening technologies and applications in the construction industry
- Good business understanding and high affinity for technical products
- Proven high analytical and conceptual talent as well as learning agility and resilience
- Strong communication, presentation and story-telling skills
- Technical leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
- International mobility and high willingness to travel
- Fluent in English, German is an advantage
