Field Engineer

What's the role?

Create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individual account strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customers. The role involves professional field sales and high-level customer consultation in the defined territories within the target industry. The job holder has to provide efficient solutions and technical support to customers and represent the Hilti brand in the marketplace.

What does the role involve?

• Develop and implement plans within the industrial market to systematically develop customers, promote and set up technology for technical departments such as design institutes, engineering companies, and owners, and ultimately assist sales representatives in achieving sales.
• Achieve goals through comprehensive use of technical seminars, face-to-face visits, and other innovative communication methods.
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers and sales personnel on all products within the assigned industry market based on the company's goals and market strategies, including application issues, site visits, testing, product performance and reliability, customer complaints, etc.
• Maintain existing business while identifying and developing new/typical applications, new construction trends or methods, and business potential.

What you need is:

• College degree or above in construction engineering, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, or related fields
• Over three years of work experience in related industries is preferred
• Excellent communication and expression skills
• Strong teamwork spirit, able to adapt to business trips, and willing to accept challenges
