"I was given great support and training to develop skills in engineering, sales, business management, and practical demonstrations that allowed me to quickly become a high performing member of my team. I greatly benefited in learning more about our wider strategic direction through my mentor which led to my next role as a Product Manager. In three years since graduating, I have been involved in some of the largest construction projects in the UK, travelled to different countries, presented my work and successes at global forums, and built a network of colleagues and friends across the world."
"After attending the assessment centre in Manchester, I was sold on the company. Hilti stood out for its unique culture; it was supportive and encouraging so I was able to be myself and feel confident doing so. This positive experience is why I chose Hilti. In my two years with the company, I have had invaluable opportunities and experiences that have shaped my career path. Hilti has provided me with the guidance and skills I need to succeed. Now in my landing role, I am incredibly grateful for the solid start the structured programme has given me in my career."
“I received excellent training which equipped me with the basic technical skills and sales knowledge to get started in my first role. Since then, I have enjoyed being given ownership of topics such as systematic account development within my team and getting exposure to our solutions selling business. Aided by support from my mentor, these experiences enabled me to transition to a solutions consultant role. If you are looking for a graduate programme which supports continuous growth and challenges you to drive your own success, I cannot recommend it enough.”
