As a Field Engineer Intern, you will support the delivery of engineering solutions that bring designs to life on construction sites. Working closely with Field Engineers and cross-functional teams, you will assist with technical calculations, site support, design implementation, and customer-focused project delivery. This internship offers valuable field exposure, mentorship, and the opportunity to develop both technical and professional skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
What You'll do
Support Field Engineering teams in implementing structural and fastening solutions on project sites.
Assist with engineering calculations, technical designs, and method statement preparation.
Prepare material take-offs and maintain accurate engineering documentation.
Provide on-site and remote technical support during installation activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Conduct site visits, document observations, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical expertise and proactive support.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (fresh graduates or final-year students).
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for engineering and interest in construction technology.
Ability to work collaboratively with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Qatar residence visa.
Valid driver's license is preferred.
Flexibility and willingness to work in dynamic field environments.
