You are expected to develop your assigned territory by providing professional product knowledge, market insights, and service excellence

What You'll do

1. Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong customer relationships
2. Develop key accounts through solid product knowledge, market understanding, and service expertise
3. Proactively identify and develop new potential customers with a strong winning mindset
4. Prepare and submit required documents for review and approval in accordance with internal procedures
5. Support the sales team in resolving issues encountered at key customer accounts
6. Track and manage project progress to ensure timely execution
7. Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors
8. This is a field-based position, supporting projects located in Southern Taiwan (Tainan & Kaohsiung)

What You’ll Bring

1. At least 5 years of experience in direct sales; experience in machinery sales or engineering-related products is a plus
2. Background in energy or industrial sectors with project management experience is preferred
3. Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently, and equipped with strong communication skills
4. Ability to use CRM systems for customer development and management
5. Must hold a valid driver’s license, be comfortable driving for business visits, and be open to visiting jobsite environments
