What's the role?

We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Marketing Intern for the North Asia Regional Customer Experience (CX) team.

The position will be given the exposure to understand and experience our business model by creating a dynamic learning platform for our customer experience program. This is part of the overall objective of our North Asia organization to integrate CX in the DNA of the organization.

The Intern will collaborate with journey managers in consolidating success cases, learnings, promotion material for initiatives, and prepare a 360-degree overview of what CX means for Hilti customers and what CX means for internal stakeholders.

What does the role involve?

In June to August 2025 , this Intern will:

  • Understand the Hilti business model development and the current Lead 2030 strategy and how does Customer Experience play a crucial role in running it
  • Conduct internal stakeholder survey of their awareness level about CX program, derive key insights in terms of how the dynamic learning platform could be structured to address the needs
  • Design, prepare and launch the DLP (dynamic learning platform) – single stop solution for all Hilti employees which addresses all CX related topics – strategy overview, Customer pain points, initiatives and their impact
  • Create and adapt marketing materials including presentation files
  • Presentation to senior executive team about the platform and its usage etc.

What you need is:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related discipline
  • Curiosity to learn and make things better
  • A fast learner with strong can-do attitude and growth mindset
  • Excellent command in Microsoft applications especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proficiency in Adobe for graphic design and video editing will be a bonus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin, etc.
