What's the role?
As a Service Owner for Design Services, you strategically drive the development of BIM and Plant Design and Engineering Services in Hilti and contribute to making Hilti the preferred choice for our customers when it comes to Integrated Project Solutions (including Prefabrication, Digital-to-Field, etc.) across the construction process from planning and design to the construction and maintenance phase. This happens in close collaboration with other global and regional teams.
This full-time position is available as soon as possible.

What does the role involve?
In the Business Unit F&P Solutions, we focus on the customer needs along the value chain to deliver a differentiated and customer-oriented solution offering (software and services). As Service Owner responsible for Design Services, you closely work together with multiple functions in the organization as well as with our customers to develop, introduce and maintain highly differentiated services related to BIM and Plant Design. You will drive innovation with a cross-functional team to enlarge our service offering and to raise the efficiency and effectiveness of existing services with strong focus on service quality and service customer satisfaction.

What you need is:
- Master in civil or mechanical engineering with at least 5 years of working experience in a global company
- Experience in design and engineering (BIM, Plant Design, …) processes and systems (Revit, Aveva, Bentley, etc.)
- MBA or Business Management experience is an advantage
- High energy level, eager to learn and able to work in a structured and self-reliant way
- Strong team player mindset, ability to work within a matrix organization and proven stakeholder management skills
