If you are an enthusiastic and innovative problem solver looking for a new professional challenge, an exciting role within a collaborative workplace is waiting for you in Paris.

What You'll do

As Digital Performance Insights Manager, you will coordinate performance analysis for digital campaigns within the scope of HDMS services, from the definition of measurement objectives through to the assessment of business outcomes.

You will collaborate with campaign owners to translate agreed campaign objectives into measurable KPIs and provide analysis of their reported impact on leads, pipeline and net sales.

You will contribute to the development and application of systematic performance-measurement approaches that provide relevant HQ and business stakeholders with information for their decision-making and support the continuous improvement of digital marketing initiatives.

As a data-driven business partner and analytical problem solver, you will translate data into clear, actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.

A central part of the role will be to transform data and contribute to the creation, modification and maintenance of meaningful KPIs, BI products and dashboards that address agreed business needs and support the objectives defined by relevant HQ stakeholders.

You will also perform data modelling, translate analytical findings into clear dashboard-based narratives, and support effective use of BI products by providing end-user training and documentation.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in a BI, performance analysis or business analysis role, for example in Marketing, Logistics or Finance.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights, develop impactful recommendations and see the bigger picture.

Strong understanding of the B2B business environment, its needs and operating conditions, together with proven knowledge of digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of data-visualization platforms that use data pipelines to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business-performance metrics through dashboards. Power BI is preferred; experience with Tableau or SAP Analytics Cloud is also relevant.

Proven experience assembling large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.

Experience using SQL for the extraction, transformation and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources.

Experience with AWS cloud services, such as EC2 and Redshift, and Google Cloud services, such as Google Analytics data accessed through Google BigQuery, is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to translate agreed business needs into clear technical requirements and maintain the corresponding documentation.

Experience working in Scrum and Agile frameworks and with supporting tools such as Jira.

A collaborative, organized and proactive approach.
