Senior Credit & Collection Officer

Own the numbers. Influence the business. Accelerate growth

Ensure sustainable cash flow and risk control while supporting business growth through effective credit management and customer engagement.
Act as a business partner to Sales in a dynamic and high-risk market environment, combining hands-on execution with strategic credit involvement.
Contribute to process optimization and digitalization, and develop toward a future leadership role within Credit & Collections.

What You'll do

A. Credit & Collections
Partner with Sales to support deals and set credit terms while managing credit risk
Own a customer portfolio with full accountability for AR and cash collection
Follow up payments, negotiate terms, and engage customers directly, including site visits when needed
Deliver strong collection results in a high-risk and fast-changing market
Manage credit exposure for large and complex projects, including contracts, milestones, and cash flow
Identify risks early based on data and business understanding, and take timely action to mitigate
Handle difficult cases, including escalation to legal recovery when required

B. Finance Operations
Support key finance operations, including internal control, audit support, and fixed asset management
Assist in improving finance processes and strengthening ways of working
Support system usage, automation, and process efficiency improvements
Work with cross-functional and regional teams on continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in Credit, Finance, or similar roles
Solid experience in customer collection and handling complex AR cases
Experience in industrial or project-based business is a plus
Good Excel skills; Power BI, coding skills are a plus
Experience in systems transformation, automation, or process improvement is a plus
Fluent in English for regional communication
