We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance department as a Finance Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting and reporting while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. At Hilti, our accounting department handles a wide range of responsibilities, and as part of the team, you will have the chance to get involved in various activities, broadening your knowledge and skills in the field.
What You'll do
- Support ISO and ICS assessments and help track follow-ups
- Work with different teams to ensure actions are closed on time
- Assist in internal audit preparation
- Get involved in projects like process improvements and business initiatives
- Help organize data, track progress, and keep things moving
What You’ll Bring

- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a team and across cultures
- A student pursuing Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (preferably but not compulsory)
- Basic skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and communication in English
